Showreel review with DNEG - Escape Studios

Few weeks ago was invited to Escape Studios in London to do a live showreel review. You can finally watch it online now. I was given one student showreel to break down and give some tips and thoughts  about making it better. From explaining a usual recruiting process over what to present in your reel to pointing out weak spots in the art itself. All of that from a big VFX company (DNeg is pretty big)  point of view.
